Ingredients
- 8 ounces dates (pitted)
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
Recipe
- 1 place the pitted dates and walnuts in the bowl of a food processor.
- 2 puree until a smooth consistency.
- 3 roll mixture in to balls using 1 teaspoon of puree for each ball.
- 4 roll the balls into the coconut to cover.
- 5 serve.
- 6 can also be frozen.
