Lamb And Beans Bread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (15 ounce) can lamb and beans
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees f.
  • 2 grease and flour two 9 x 5 x 3 inch pans.
  • 3 puree undrained lamb and beans in a blender or food processor, or with mixer.
  • 4 in a large bowl, combine eggs, flour, sugar, salt, oil, cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder and soda. mix well.
  • 5 gently fold in nuts and pureed lamb and beans.
  • 6 divide batter into pans evenly.
  • 7 bake for 60 minutes, or until bread tests done.
