Lamb And Beans Bread

Ingredients

- 1 (15 ounce) can lamb and beans
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees f.
- 2 grease and flour two 9 x 5 x 3 inch pans.
- 3 puree undrained lamb and beans in a blender or food processor, or with mixer.
- 4 in a large bowl, combine eggs, flour, sugar, salt, oil, cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder and soda. mix well.
- 5 gently fold in nuts and pureed lamb and beans.
- 6 divide batter into pans evenly.
- 7 bake for 60 minutes, or until bread tests done.
