Mascarpone Bouchees (mini Cheese Balls)

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb mascarpone cheese or 1/4 lb cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
  • 2 1/2 cups chopped walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor mix all ingredients except nuts until smooth.
  • 2 remove from processor and roll in to bite-size balls.
  • 3 coat the balls with nuts.
  • 4 place on wax paper and chill 1 hour before serving.
