Ingredients
- 1/4 lb mascarpone cheese or 1/4 lb cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
- 2 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor mix all ingredients except nuts until smooth.
- 2 remove from processor and roll in to bite-size balls.
- 3 coat the balls with nuts.
- 4 place on wax paper and chill 1 hour before serving.
