Nutty Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients

• 125 g butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 5/8 cups self-raising flour
• 1 cup finely chopped nuts
• 125 g chocolate bars
• vanilla essence

Recipe

• 1 125gm butter (softened).
• 2 1 teacup sugar (half brown & ).
• 3 1 egg.
• 4 1.5+ teacups self raising flour.
• 5 1 teacup finely chopped nuts ( i ground them in a blender - used walnuts + peanuts, as these are salted nuts, i didnt add salt to recipe).
• 6 125gm finely chopped baking chocolate (i guess you could replace with chocolate chips).
• 7 vanilla essense (optional).
• 8 baked for approximate 16mins @ 175c on greased baking sheet.
