Raisin Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup finely chopped sunflower seeds
Recipe
- 1 in the bread machine pan, place all ingredients (except the raisins and nuts) in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
- 2 use the 'sweet' bread setting and 'light' crust color.
- 3 bake according to your machine directions.
- 4 when the machine beeps during the kneading cycle, add the raisins and nuts a few at a time until they are kneaded into the dough.
