Holiday Chicken Salad

Ingredients

- 3 (13 ounce) cans chicken breasts, drained
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
- 1 cup mayonnaise or 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped pecans or 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 minced bell pepper
- 2 sliced green onions
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl, shred the drained chicken.
- 2 add and mix the mayo or yogurt, paprika, cranberries, celery, bell pepper, onions and nuts.
- 3 add pepper to taste.
- 4 serve as a sandwich or with crackers.
