Holiday Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 3 (13 ounce) cans chicken breasts, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 minced bell pepper
  • 2 sliced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, shred the drained chicken.
  • 2 add and mix the mayo or yogurt, paprika, cranberries, celery, bell pepper, onions and nuts.
  • 3 add pepper to taste.
  • 4 serve as a sandwich or with crackers.
