Holiday Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces aged cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon red onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix shredded cheese with cream cheese and other ingredients except nuts. form into a ball. (tip - use low-fat cream cheese).
- 2 roll in walnut pieces (may substitute pecans).
- 3 cover and chill overnight.
- 4 serve with crostini and crackers.
- 5 for low carb/gluten-free diets, serve on apple slices and celery sticks.
