Grilled Strip Loin With Blue Cheese Butter

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 slices steaks (1 inch thick)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup crumbled stilton cheese
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, toasted and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Recipe
