Grilled Strip Loin With Blue Cheese Butter

Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- salt and pepper
- 2 slices steaks (1 inch thick)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup crumbled stilton cheese
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, toasted and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Recipe

- 2 mash butter, stilton cheese, walnuts, and parsley together in a bowl.
