Ingredients
- 3/4 cup minute maid premium orange juice
- 2 small apricots, peeled and cubed
- 1 medium nectarine, peeled and cubed
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- 2 scoops orange sherbet or 2 scoops non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup crushed ice
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- 2 pour smoothie into a large glass and garnish if desired.
