Pumpkin Crunch Cake

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (18 ounce) box spice cake mix
  • 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 (12 ounce) can condensed milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon or 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 grease an 8 x 10 baking dish.
  • 3 mix pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon until well mixed.
  • 4 pour into baking dish.
  • 5 sprinkle about half of the cake mix evenly on top.
  • 6 pour butter over top of the cake mix.
  • 7 top with chopped nuts.
  • 8 bake about 50-60 minutes until center done.
  • 9 refrigerate uneaten cake.
