Ingredients

- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons raisins
Recipe
- 1 put oatmeal and water in a deep bowl and microwave on high for one minute. (watch to see if oatmeal starts spills over; if so, take out. *note: oatmeal does rise but doesn't always spill over).
- 2 stir in rest of ingredients.
- 3 enjoy!
