Pumpkin Dump Cake!

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (18 1/2 ounce) box spice cake mix
  • 1/2 cup pecans or 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 350 f.
  • 2 grease a 9x13 baking pan.
  • 3 in a large bowl combine pumpkin, eggs, brown sugar, sugar, evaporated milk and salt and spice. stir well to combine, or beat on low to mix. pour into prepared pan.
  • 4 sprinkle with cake mix and nuts over the top of that.
  • 5 drizzle the melted butter over all. bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are lightly browned. cool and serve with whipped cream.
