Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins ( Mix In A Jar)

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (i used pecans)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 3/4 cup milk
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 eggs

- 3 preheat oven to 400 degrees. grease or paper-line 18 regular-size (2 1/2 inch) muffin cups.
- 4 pour contents of jar into large bowl. combine pumpkin, milk, butter and eggs in small bowl until blended; stir into jar mixture just until moistened. spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.
- 5 bake 15 to 17 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely on wire racks.
