Ingredients

- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup lard
- 4 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 lemon, juice and rind of
- 2 cups walnuts, finely ground
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 fresh lemon rind, grated
Recipe
- 1 mix flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder together.
- 2 work in the butter and lard as for pie dough.
- 3 add beaten egg yolks, sour cream, lemon juice and rind.
