Low Sugar Sweet Potato Souffle

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups sweet potatoes (fresh or canned)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup splenda granular
  • 1 cup margarine (2 sticks) or 1 cup butter, softened (2 sticks)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup splenda brown sugar blend
  • 1/2 cup flour

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 blend first 3 ingredients, 1 stick of margarine or buttter, and vanilla until smooth.
  • 3 place in casserole dish.
  • 4 blend last 3 ingredients and 1 stick of margarine or butter.
  • 5 put on top of sweet potato mixture.
  • 6 bake at 350f for 30 minutes.
