Fruit And Nuts Cream Cheese Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chopped nuts (macadamia, pistachio, chestnut, walnuts)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- nuts, for garnishing
Recipe
- 1 in a mixer, cream the cream cheese then add the butter and mix until fluffy.
- 2 add the sugar and beat in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated into the mixture.
- 3 add vanilla.
- 4 add the chopped nuts and cranberries.
- 5 sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
- 6 add to the mixture and mix well.
- 7 garnish with nuts and cranberries on top.
- 8 transfer into a loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees fahrenheit for 32 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
