Fruit And Nuts Cream Cheese Loaf

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (macadamia, pistachio, chestnut, walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • nuts, for garnishing

Recipe

  • 1 in a mixer, cream the cream cheese then add the butter and mix until fluffy.
  • 2 add the sugar and beat in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated into the mixture.
  • 3 add vanilla.
  • 4 add the chopped nuts and cranberries.
  • 5 sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
  • 6 add to the mixture and mix well.
  • 7 garnish with nuts and cranberries on top.
  • 8 transfer into a loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees fahrenheit for 32 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
