Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts
- 8 large dates
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/8 cup cocoa nibs
Recipe
- 1 blend walnuts in the food processor until finely ground.
- 2 one at a time, add the dates to the processor.
- 3 add cacao powder and blend until it sticks when pinched.
- 4 press mixture into an 8x8 pan and press the cacao nibs on top.
- 5 enjoy!
