Meatless Loaf

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup brown rice, cooked
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped (or more)
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed (or more)
  • 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 2 cups nuts, finely ground (cashews, walnuts, almonds, peanuts, etc.)
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese or 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • fresh ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients and bake in loaf at 350 degrees for about 30 - 40 minutes.
