Out-of-this-world Cake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/4-1 1/3 cups water (see back of box for water amount)
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 (6 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
  • 12 ounces frozen whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or 1 cup walnuts

Recipe

  • 2 prepare and bake cake according to directions on box for a 9x13 pan using the water, oil, and eggs in the boxed mix.
