Easy Pineapple Blueberry Crunch Dump Cake

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 3 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted (no subs, can use more sugar if desired)
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans or 1 1/2 cups walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 set oven to 350 degrees f.
  • 2 grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  • 3 spread the pineapple with the juice on the bottom of the baking dish, then sprinkle the cake mix on top of the pineapple.
  • 4 sprinkle the blueberries then sugar.
  • 5 drizzle the melted butter over the blueberries and sugar.
  • 6 top with chopped nuts.
  • 7 bake for about 45 minutes, or until bubbly.
