Meatless Salad Meal

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 hardboiled egg
  • 4 cups torn fresh spinach
  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 cup cauliflower floret
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced and seperated
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 slice eggs.
  • 2 mix all ingredients in a large salad bowl.
  • 3 serve with dressing.
