- 2 slices whole grain bread, toasted
- 1 ounce spreadable goat cheese
- 1 ounce walnuts (optionally toasted)
- 1 -2 tomato, slices
- lettuce or other salad greens
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 spread the goat cheese on one slice of the toast and sprinkle the walnuts evenly over it. layer on the tomato slices and lettuce. salt and pepper to taste. top with the other slice of toast.
