Crescent Roll Cookies

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 7 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 40
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crescent roll dough
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1 (6 -8 ounce) bag walnuts, chopped
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 use 10 x 15 jelly roll pan, sprayed with pam.
  • 3 spread crescent roll dough over pan.
  • 4 bring butter and brown sugar to a boil for one minute, to make caramel.
  • 5 spread caramel mixture over dough.
  • 6 sprinkle walnuts over entire pan.
  • 7 bake 15 - 18 minutes until dough is golden brown and caramel is bubbly.
  • 8 remove from oven and pour chocolate chips over pan.
  • 9 spread some of the chips out, but leave others whole, for a nice presentation.
  • 10 allow to cool before cutting into bars.
