Crescent Roll Cookies

Ingredients

- 1 (8 ounce) can crescent roll dough
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 (6 -8 ounce) bag walnuts, chopped
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 use 10 x 15 jelly roll pan, sprayed with pam.
- 3 spread crescent roll dough over pan.
- 4 bring butter and brown sugar to a boil for one minute, to make caramel.
- 5 spread caramel mixture over dough.
- 6 sprinkle walnuts over entire pan.
- 7 bake 15 - 18 minutes until dough is golden brown and caramel is bubbly.
- 8 remove from oven and pour chocolate chips over pan.
- 9 spread some of the chips out, but leave others whole, for a nice presentation.
- 10 allow to cool before cutting into bars.
