Chocolate Brownies

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup of chopped dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of chopped walnuts (or any nuts you fancy)
  • 250 g unsalted butter or 250 g margarine
  • 4 lightly beaten eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence

Recipe

  • 1 grease slice pan and line with baking paper (with sides hanging).
  • 2 gather all ingredients.
  • 3 preheat oven at 180°.
  • 4 sift flour and cocoa powder into a large bowl.
  • 5 add in sugar, chocolate bits and walnuts.
  • 6 mix those added dry ingredients throughly.
  • 7 melt butter/margarine.
  • 8 make a well in the center of dry ingredients.
  • 9 add melted butter/margarine, eggs and vanilla essence into well.
  • 10 mix all ingredients throughly until mixture turn thick and creamy.
  • 11 pour into pan and smooth surface.
  • 12 bake for 50 minutes.
  • 13 cool for 10 minutes and fridge them for about 2 hours.
  • 14 remove brownies from pan by using over paper as handles.
  • 15 slice and serve!
