Pineapple Cream Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 mix all cake ingredients by hand in a large mixing bowl.
- 3 pour batter into a greased 9x13 pan.
- 4 bake at 350f for 35-45 minutes.
- 5 while cake is baking, prepare frosting by mixing together all ingredients until smooth and fluffy.
- 6 when cake is cooled, top with prepared frosting.
