- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tablespoon anise
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 6 cups water
- pine nuts
- walnuts
- slivered almonds
- sugar or honey
Recipe
- 1 add spices to water (use a tea ball, if you have one) and bring to a boil.
- 2 cover and simmer 15 minutes, or until flavored strongly enough.
- 3 serve with nuts and sugar, to taste.
- 4 sip slowly and relax.
