Daughter's Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 5 1/3 tablespoons butter (soft)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 cup mashed very ripe banana
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature.
- 3 whisk together the flour, salt, soda, and powder; set aside.
- 4 in a large bowl beat on high speed for 2-3 minutes the butter, and sugar.
- 5 beat in the flour mixture till blended and is the consistency of brown sugar.
- 6 gradually beat in the eggs.
- 7 fold in the bananas and nuts till combined.
- 8 put into a greased and floured bread pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until bread tests done.
- 9 cool pan on rack for 5-10 minutes.
- 10 take out and cool on rack.
