Chocolate Marshmallow Nut Muffins

Ingredients

• 2 ounces baking chocolate, melted
• 1/2 cup melted butter or 1/2 cup margarine
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 cup walnuts
• 3/4 cup chopped marshmallows

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 400° and grease or line muffin pans (for 15).
• 2 in a mixing bowl, combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well.
• 3 add the remaining ingredients except marshmallows; blend just until mixed.
• 4 add in the marshmallows.
• 5 pour into pans.
• 6 bake for 15-20 minutes.
