Pumpkin Dump Cake

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon clove
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon, or
  • 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, instead of above spices
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 -18 1/4 ounce yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350ºf.
  • 2 lightly grease 9x13 pan.
  • 3 completely combine ingredients up to cake mix.
  • 4 pour into prepared pan.
  • 5 sprinkle with cake mix.
  • 6 gently pat down with spoon.
  • 7 sprinkle with nuts.
  • 8 drizzle with butter.
  • 9 bake for 50 minutes.
  • 10 cool and cut in squares.
