Milk Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
Recipe
- 1 line 9 inch square or 13x9 inch pan with foil so that foil extends over sides of pan; butter foil.
- 2 in large saucepan, combine sugar, margarine and evaporated milk. bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- 3 boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 4 remove from heat.
- 5 add marshmallow creme and chocolate chips; blend until smooth.
- 6 stir in walnuts and vanilla.
- 7 pour into buttered, foil-lined pan.
- 8 cool to room temperature. score fudge into 36 squares.
- 9 refrigerate until firm.
- 10 remove fudge from pan by lifting foil; remove foil from sides of fudge.
- 11 using large knife, cut through scored lines.
- 12 store in refrigerator.
