Pineapple Sheet Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix cake by hand in order given.
- 2 bake at 350 degrees in a greased 11" x 15" pan for 25 minutes. note: you can use a 13" x 9" pan.
- 3 spread topping on cake while still warm.
