Pineapple Sheet Cake

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup nuts (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix cake by hand in order given.
  • 2 bake at 350 degrees in a greased 11" x 15" pan for 25 minutes. note: you can use a 13" x 9" pan.
  • 3 spread topping on cake while still warm.
