Hamballs

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb ground ham
- 1 1/2 lbs ground lamb, unseasoned
- 1 large eggs or 2 small eggs
- 2 cups unseasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients for the hamballs together.
- 2 form into small balls, about the size of walnuts.
- 3 place closely together in a 9 x 13 " baking dish.
- 4 mix all ingredients for the sauce until sugar is dissolved.
- 5 pour over hamballs.
- 6 bake for 1 hours 15 minutes at 350 degrees f.
- 7 do not overbake.
- 8 serve warm.
