- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- salt, pepper
- 2 cups walnut halves
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 300.
- 2 mix spices together, add walnuts, drizzle with oil.
- 3 spread out on a baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes until lightly toasted, stirring twice cool in pan for 15 minutes, then turn onto paper towels to cool completely.
