Pecan Pie From Oma's Kitchen

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch) pie crusts, unbaked
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup pecan halves

Recipe

  • 1 heat overn to 375.
  • 2 beat eggs slightly. add sugar, corn syrups, melted utter and mix thoroughly.
  • 3 place pean halves in unbaked pie shell and pour pie mixture over them. cook 35 to 40 minutes, until center if sirm and top is browned. cool before cutting.
  • 4 note: oma uses ready made pie shells or frozen, either will work. also can change pecans for walnuts.
