Pecan Pie From Oma's Kitchen

Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts, unbaked
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/4 cup melted butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 cup pecan halves
Recipe
- 1 heat overn to 375.
- 2 beat eggs slightly. add sugar, corn syrups, melted utter and mix thoroughly.
- 3 place pean halves in unbaked pie shell and pour pie mixture over them. cook 35 to 40 minutes, until center if sirm and top is browned. cool before cutting.
- 4 note: oma uses ready made pie shells or frozen, either will work. also can change pecans for walnuts.
