Ingredients
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (or dried fruit pieces)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a tupperware. store in a cool, dark place.
- 2 when ready to serve, mix a rounded 1/4 cup of the mixture with 1/2 cup of water (or 1/2 cup mixture plus 1 cup water).
- 3 microwave for 1 1/2 minute (slightly longer for 1/2 cup).
