The Cake That Doesn't Last

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups banana, mashed
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

    Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

    Ready Time: 1 hr 45 mins

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c). grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan.
  • in a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. make a well in the center and pour in the eggs, oil, vanilla, pineapple, mashed banana and chopped walnuts. mix well and pour into prepared pan.
  • bake in the preheated oven for 75 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. serve hot or cold.
