Platte County Pie

Ingredients

• Servings: 10
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 1 (9 inch) pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie

Recipe

• preheat oven to 325 degrees f (165 degrees c).
• in a large bowl, mix together eggs, flour, sugar, vanilla, and melted butter. mix well. stir in walnuts and chocolate chips.
• pour into pie shell. bake for i hour.
