Mustard, Maple And Walnut Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • coarse salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 if storing, cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
