- 1/3 cup butter
- 3 cups icing sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup walnuts or 1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 blend butter and sugar.
- 2 stir in maple syrup and beat until frosting is smooth and fold in nuts.
- 3 note: this recipe fills and frosts 2 8 or 9in cakes or 1 9x13in cake.
