• 1 slice pineapple slices in juice
• 1 scoop pineapple ice cream
• whipped cream
• 1/4 cup bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
• 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
• 1 tablespoon kahlua

Recipe

• 1 center the ice cream on the pineapple slice in a coupe dish and top with a generous serving of whipped cream.
• 2 cover with the chocolate and the walnuts.
• 3 pour the kahlua over the top.
