Rhubarb Tea Bread

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs until thick and foamy.
- 2 add oil, brown sugar, vanilla.
- 3 beat well.
- 4 stir in rhubarb, nuts.
- 5 add remaining ingredients.
- 6 mix well.
- 7 pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
- 8 bake at 350° for one hour.
