Greek Cake

Ingredients

- 2 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- creamed cheese frosting
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 365.
- 2 combine the sugar, flour, baking powder, water and eggs in bowl and mix well.
- 3 add undrained pinapple mix well.
- 4 stir in walnuts.
- 5 spoon into greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
- 6 bake 35 mins
- 7 spread cream cheese frosting over slightly warm cake.
- 8 chill in refrigerator for 8-10 hrs.
