Greek Cake

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 36
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • creamed cheese frosting

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 365.
  • 2 combine the sugar, flour, baking powder, water and eggs in bowl and mix well.
  • 3 add undrained pinapple mix well.
  • 4 stir in walnuts.
  • 5 spoon into greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
  • 6 bake 35 mins
  • 7 spread cream cheese frosting over slightly warm cake.
  • 8 chill in refrigerator for 8-10 hrs.
