Pasta With Walnut Cream Sauce

Ingredients

- 12 ounces fettuccine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup fresh basil, snipped
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta according to package directions. meanwhile in skillet heat oil until hot.
- 2 add walnuts and garlic; saute 2-3 minutes.
- 3 add milk, sour cream, cheese, salt, and pepper. stir constantly until sauce thickens.
