Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Total Time: 32 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/4 cups oats
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 combine dry ingredients.
  • 2 mix in olive oil, egg and milk.
  • 3 add spices and salt.
  • 4 add chocolate chips and nuts.
  • 5 bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
  • 6 enjoy!
