Mean Chef's Raspberry Mazurkas

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup walnuts, ground
  • 1 1/3 cups coconut
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 13 1/2 ounces butter
  • 1 3/4 lbs raspberry jam

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 melt butter and cool.
  • 3 combine all dry ingredients in mixer with paddle.
  • 4 add melted butter until well combined.
  • 5 press half of the mixture in a half sheet pan and roll to firm.
  • 6 spread with jam to within 1/2-inch of edges.
  • 7 spread remaining mixture evenly on top and press down lightly.
  • 8 bake until golden brown.
