Mean Chef's Raspberry Mazurkas

Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup walnuts, ground
- 1 1/3 cups coconut
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 13 1/2 ounces butter
- 1 3/4 lbs raspberry jam
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 melt butter and cool.
- 3 combine all dry ingredients in mixer with paddle.
- 4 add melted butter until well combined.
- 5 press half of the mixture in a half sheet pan and roll to firm.
- 6 spread with jam to within 1/2-inch of edges.
- 7 spread remaining mixture evenly on top and press down lightly.
- 8 bake until golden brown.
