Gluten Free Sugar Free Brownie

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cup xylitol sugar substitute
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup rice flour
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons walnuts
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 melt butter and combine with xylitol sugar, water, and vanilla.
- 3 add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, nuts, chips, mix thoroughly.
- 4 coat the bottom of small baking pan with butter or non-stick spray and pour in batter.
- 5 bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- 6 cool completely before cutting into bars.
