Gluten Free Sugar Free Brownie

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2/3 cup xylitol sugar substitute
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2 melt butter and combine with xylitol sugar, water, and vanilla.
  • 3 add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, nuts, chips, mix thoroughly.
  • 4 coat the bottom of small baking pan with butter or non-stick spray and pour in batter.
  • 5 bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • 6 cool completely before cutting into bars.
