Banana Nut Oatmeal

Ingredients

- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (or splenda)
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tablespoons walnuts
- 1/3 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 add salt to water. bring water to boiling point and add oats. boil for one minute. remove and pour into serving bowl. (if using old fashioned oats use 3/4 cup of oats and 1 1/2 cups water. boil for 5 minutes.)
- 2 top oats with brown sugar, sliced banana and walnuts. pour milk over oatmeal. (may use more milk if preferred.).
- 3 enjoy!
