Caper And Pine Nut Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons drained capers
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a medium skillet over low heat, heat oil. add onions and garlic, stirring until soft and translucent, 5-6 minutes.
- 2 add walnuts and pine nuts and cook for 2 minutes.
- 3 add vinegar, capers, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute to blend flavors.
