Post Workout Bar

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • 1 1/3 cups soy protein powder, unflavoured
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons stevia powder (pure)
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Recipe

  • 1 mix together first 8 ingredients (dry) in a large bowl.
  • 2 mix together last 4 ingredients in a smaller bowl.
  • 3 combine the wet with the dry and stir. the mixture may seem a little dry but it will combine.
  • 4 spray an 8x8 baking pan with olive oil spray.
  • 5 press dough into pan evenly; it will be dense.
  • 6 bake for 10 minutes at 350.
  • 7 let cool and cut into 16 squares.
