Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 1/3 cups soy protein powder, unflavoured
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons stevia powder (pure)
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Recipe
- 1 mix together first 8 ingredients (dry) in a large bowl.
- 2 mix together last 4 ingredients in a smaller bowl.
- 3 combine the wet with the dry and stir. the mixture may seem a little dry but it will combine.
- 4 spray an 8x8 baking pan with olive oil spray.
- 5 press dough into pan evenly; it will be dense.
- 6 bake for 10 minutes at 350.
- 7 let cool and cut into 16 squares.
